Safety & Compliance: All students must adhere to hostel rules to ensure personal and collective safety.
Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness in personal rooms and common areas (corridors, lobbies, bathrooms).
Strictly no littering.
Meals: Meals must be consumed only in designated dining areas (not in rooms).
Electricity Conservation: Avoid wastage; switch off lights/fans when not in use.
Prohibited Items:
Cooking appliances in rooms.
Jewelry, excess cash (management not liable for loss/damage).
Tape recorders, TVs, radios, or cell phones (mobile phones banned in hostel, school, and hospital duty).
Behavior: Misconduct or violations of the code may result in immediate action without prior warning.
Ragging: Strictly banned (legal offense); offenders face suspension/expulsion.
Illness Protocol: Inform the warden immediately if sick; hospital visits arranged with an attendant.
Hospital Visits: Off-duty visits prohibited except for medical emergencies.
Dress Code: Full uniform mandatory during school/hospital duty.
Jewelry: No earrings, rings, or bangles while in uniform.
Visiting Hours: Sundays/gazetted holidays only (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) in the visiting room (rooms off-limits).
Authorized Visitors: Submit 4 relatives’ photos at admission; only pre-approved visitors permitted.
Night Pass:
Granted once monthly after Principal’s approval.
Return pass to warden immediately upon re-entry; parent/guardian signature required.
Vacation Protocol: Sign the hostel register with accurate departure/arrival times.
Room Visits: No interaction with senior students in their rooms.
