Rules & Regulations of the Institute

  • Fees are payable in advance, fees and other charges once paid by the candidate are not refundable in, full or in part on any account whatsoever.
  • All fees have to be paid within stipulate period, falling which lines shall have to be paid, on very ling delayed payment admission can be cancelled.
  • The discipline of institute to be strictly observed. For break of discipline a student may be fined or expelled from the institute. No refund of the fee will be allowed.
  • Any harsh or insult insulting language used in the office or written in the letter may affect the continuity of training.
  • If a student fails to take examination for one reasonor other the institute will not entertain any claim for the refund of the fee.
  • In all matters decision of the principal will be final.
  • Any dispute arising out their transaction will be subject to Mukerian Jurisdiction only.
  • Students are not permitted to process such books which excite basic Instincts.
  • Institute will not be responsible for delay or postponement of the examination by P.N.R,C.
  • The Principal/Director reserves the right to change the Time Table any item.
  • Leave application is to be got recommended through the class incharge.
  • Application should be signed by the parent/Guardian.
  • Institute does not have any kind of responsible of any student while going to Hospital Community Experience or while going and come back home.
  • Astudent whose progress and conduct is considered unsatisfactory, her name may be struck off at any time after giving due notice to the student and parents.
  • Students will not be allowed to entertain their Parent/Guardians/Relatives/Friends during school and practical hours.
  • The management is empowered to increase/change the fee and funds at any time during start of the session.
  • A student and her parents must thoroughly study her eligibility for admission to the course.
  • No strike or Dharne or demonstration of any Kind is allowed. The problem if any, faced by the student can be shared in SNA meeting in the presence of SNA advisor, The student violationg the same may be expelled from the training.
